Hot young widow

"After the death of her husband turned her life upside down four years ago, Remy Mack is reluctant to open her heart again. No matter the meddling residents of Youngsland Manor Retirement Village, or the disguised-as-casual hints from her best friend, Remy's just not ready to put herself out there...to find love, or to finally sell her art. Enter handsome Jack Sullivan. "Extreme exhaustion" (but what do the doctors know?) has jeopardized his role as Chief Financial Officer at the venture capital firm he built, and he's suddenly on a forced summer "vacation" in Lake Genny, Wisconsin. With no work to distract him, he gets conned into volunteering at his grandma's retirement village-though that has one clear perk: Remy, the cute art program manager. When sparks fly and Remy initially tries to resist Jack's charms, Remy's octogenarian overlords can't resist their favorite activity: matchmaking. Sure enough, Remy and Jack's "just for the summer" fling deepens into something serious, and they are forced to confront a terrifying possibility: they might have found everything they ever wanted-if only they are brave enough to try"-- Provided by publisher.
