Light's Ascension: A Fantasy LitRPG Adventure (The Exlian Syndrome Series)

From bestselling LitRPG author Seth Ring -- creator of the Titan and Battle Mage Farmer series -- comes the triumphant conclusion to the thrilling epic series of alien contact, fast-paced military action, and superhuman adventure. Everything has changed. And everything -- including humanity itself -- is at risk. The Exlian wave is destroying New Emery. The citizens have fled to underground shelters while Exlian and mutants stalk the streets, and the city’s councillors hide behind their corrupt schemes for power. Joined by his friends and brother, Mark Fields must calm the unrest among the deadly criminals in the Tomb while finding a way to stop or break the waves of aliens destroying the city. To make matters worse, the most dangerous enemy of all has arisen: an Exlian prime matron. More powerful than all the rest, matrons command hordes and hordes of Exlian. But a prime matron only arises when a matron is strong enough to conquer other matrons, taking their power and becoming virtually unstoppable, even for S-ranked empowered like Mark and his friends. As long-lost secrets are revealed, enemies and allies are tested.
