Object M: Estonia's Buried Mystery

Nothing remotely as baffling has ever been discovered in Estonia. Beneath the garden of an ordinary suburban home lies an object that has defied everything from diamond saws to examination by leading laboratories. Is it nothing more than Cold War industrial waste—or a man-made device that has lain buried since before the last Ice Age? Does it display signs of consciousness? Was it placed here to protect us—or to guide those who may one day return? Is it the wreckage of an extraterrestrial craft? Part of Earth's planetary defence system? An interdimensional beacon? Or something no one has yet imagined? This is the first comprehensive English-language account of the Merivälja Object—a mystery that led the KGB and the Soviet military to classify their investigation Top Secret, drew scientists and charlatans alike, and attracted the attention of Western intelligence. The book features over 70 full-color plates, including illustrations, photographs, diagrams, document scans, and maps. Empires have collapsed. Governments have changed. Object M is still there.
