Over the Hill - A Mac 'n' Ivy Mystery, Book #7

What Ivy hoped for in the small town on the Washington side of the Columbia River was a temporary job at the local library. What she did not expect when she and Mac arrive in Stumble was a down-and-dirty brawl on the wet sidewalk with a red-caped woman. Nor did she expect this same woman would make a determined effort to get her fired from the job, soon followed by murder. By unicorn. With herself as one of the suspects in the murder, Ivy and Mac are sleuthing again. With the complications of a local feud over a new retirement community under construction, Ivy's arrest draped in a lacy black negligee belonging to someone else, a hostile cat, and a killer with unpleasant plans to bring Ivy's future to a quick end.
