Poetry Is Not Dead

It is rumored that poetry is a dying art, and there are whispers on the street that poetry books do not sell. This book is a challenge to that notion. Each poem in this collection encapsulates the beating heart of the poet, from tangling sentences and personifying the mundane, to bringing alive metaphors through descriptive imagery. The simple gesture of writing makes a bold statement as the title of this book conveys, poetry is not dead.
