She Reincarnate - A Sherlock Holmes Mystery

Could Rider Haggard's wildly popular 1887 novel about a cruel two-thousand-year-old virgin queen hidden away in deepest Africa be based upon a true story? And has "She-who-must-be-obeyed" been reincarnated as a beautiful young woman in Victorian London? A popular "nerve doctor" seems to think so, but Holmes and his cousin Henry Vernier must investigate this and the bizarre theft of a mummy, one of Ramses II's royal queens. The secretive, magical and hermetic society known as the Temple of Thoth may play a part in these intrigues. Perhaps, too, the ancient dead have thrust themselves into the present through some dark influence and the power of reincarnation. Holmes must unravel the mysteries before a fateful ceremony upon the night of the full moon and the autumnal equinox. This is the tenth book with Holmes and Vernier.
