Teen Screams, curated by Maryjane Hill, is a YA Horror Anthology series made by teens for teens. Vol. 1 consists of 19 different authors in horror, who came together to bring our youth newly inspired stories. Kids of horror grow up to be adults of horror, and this genre has been lacking in the YA field when it comes to the series we were familiarized with in the 90s and early 2000s. In this anthology, our teen curator has presented to you tales perfect for both teens and adults. Every piece carries a theme of its own: a warning against meeting strangers online, revenge, parties gone wrong, competitions gone wrong, camp horror, travel horror, and many others! These Fear Street and Christopher Pike inspired short stories will have you sleeping with your light on and questioning every friend request you ever get.
