Travel Now: A Backpacker’s Memoir: A Journey of Self-Discovery and Adventure Through Europe

This was never meant for anyone's eyes. Craig Ballin’s journal is the raw, unfiltered account of a young man lost in society’s expectations. Stuck in the monotony of college life and craving something more, he makes the unpopular decision to drop out of school, buy a one-way ticket to Europe, and disappear. What follows is a deeply personal journey of discovery—navigating the streets of Paris, getting lost in Denmark, and finding himself in ways he never thought possible. From unexpected kindness to profound realizations, Craig learns that sometimes, breaking away is the only way to break free. For anyone who feels trapped by society’s rules, this memoir is a reminder that life’s greatest adventure begins when you step off the path.
