Truck Driver Vampire Hunter: A Route 13 Vampire Thriller

The deadliest road in America runs straight through vampire territory. For eleven years, truck driver Cole “Ray” Mercer has hauled secret cargo down Route 13, a lonely stretch of desert highway connecting the human world to the neon vampire city of Virelux. Armed with a tire iron, silver chain, and enough garlic to choke a restaurant, Cole has spent years surviving feral vampire attacks, abandoned rest stops, and the endless darkness beyond the headlights. Roadblocks are appearing where none should exist. Vampire attacks are becoming coordinated. Drivers are disappearing. And somewhere inside Virelux, powerful forces are fighting over a secret that could change the balance between humans and vampires forever. Now Cole finds himself caught in a conspiracy stretching from the highways of the Southwest to the highest levels of vampire society. And if Cole can’t uncover what’s waiting in the dark, there may not be a road left to protect. Perfect for fans of action horror, monster hunters, cyberpunk worlds, and blue-collar heroes who refuse to quit.
