Witch Is Mine - A Novel

In an enchanted Miami, former academic rivals turned roommates get a second chance at romance when they challenge each other to a magical matchmaking contest. Emelia Delmar lost her job, her boyfriend, and her self-confidence in a single week. To fix her busted life, she has a three-step plan: 1) get employed, 2) get an apartment, 3) get over her ex. An offer to work at her friend's magic tutoring company takes care of the first item, but her new paycheck won't let her handle the second one solo. Enter Sebastian Reyes, a librarian at Miami's only nonprofit magical research library. His girlfriend left him with a broken heart, a bruised ego, and rent that's too damn high. After a series of terrible roommates, he figures his high school nemesis-crush can't possibly be worse. Plus, if he gets the promotion he's chasing, he won't need her anymore. When their friends and family convince them to start looking for new love, their bickering over the best strategy leads to a mutual dare: the first person to have a third date with someone takes over their home's amazing master bedroom.
