WOODS - A Horror Novel

It’s haunted the Carlini family for decades, precipitating a string of tragic losses in the family - first their sister, then their father, then who knows what’s next? It lurks on the outskirts of the isolated village of Skitooa, Alaska, preying on those lost in the dark forest. It hides in the peripheral, staking out a miserable existence of terror among the pines. Now, after a lifetime of trying to forget their childhood demons, Tom Carlini, his wife Isabel, his brother Jason, and his sister-in-law Elise return to their childhood home. Here, they’re not just revisiting memories, they’re confronting a legacy of horror. Under the uncanny backdrop of the Midnight Sun, they must recruit the help of former sheriff Andrew Callahan to seek and destroy the primordial force that haunts these woods, protect themselves from evil, and avenge the fallen.
