Villamartin, Spain

Property expert Leah Charles-King has been tasked with finding a holiday home for Lee and Louise from Warwickshire. They’re looking for a three-bed, two-bath detached villa with a private pool in Villamartin on Spain’s Costa Blanca, all for their budget of £212,000. Leah has five impressive properties to show them but will any be good enough to tempt Lee and Louise to make an offer?

The show’s own verdict is on its page.
