Comparing $35,000 Bathroom Renovations in Chicago

Designer Monica Pedersen compares three recently remodeled bathrooms in Chicago that cost around $35,000 to complete: a modern bathroom with a blue and green tiled shower in an urban condo, a contemporary bathroom with heated floors in an 1894 house and a traditional bathroom that went from dilapidated to magnificent in an affluent suburb.

The show’s own verdict is on its page.
