Three Contemporary Great Room Renos in Washington DC

Designer Sabrina Soto and a local realtor critique three great room renovations, all in the Washington, D.C. area and each for $140,000, to determine which one will see the biggest bang for their buck. First, they check out a contemporary great room with loads of natural light. Next, they visit a transitional great room with an angled breakfast bar. And finally, they check out an Asian-inspired great room with a Japanese stone fireplace surround.

The show’s own verdict is on its page.
