Portela - Special Group (Rio de Janeiro) - Full Parade from February 12, 2024

Portela crosses the avenue with a storyline that retraces the imagined paths of the Black mother, Luisa Mahim, bringing another perspective to the story, based on the book "Um Defeito de Cor" (A Flaw of Color).
