From Pit to PoolsideLindsey and Eric take on the challenge of reviving a midcentury modern home that was abandoned mid-renovation. They work with its vintage charm while adding modern comforts like a custom pool and fire pit to create a swank outdoor oasis.
A Prickly SituationLindsey and Eric buy a property that is lacking in both function and form. To get top dollar, the flippers set out to rework the home's funky floor plan. Problems like a broken AC system and a cactus with a mean streak, however, make Lindsey and Eric struggle to keep their cool in the hot desert market.
Worst House, Best BlockEric and Lindsey take a chance on a less-than-luxurious home located in a luxury neighborhood. They need to make the home competitive in the tough market, but termites and a rotten overhang threaten to sideline their plan to boost this house to the A-list.
Uneasy StreetLindsey and Eric ignore the "location, location, location" credo of real estate and flip a house on a busy road. The dated '90s-style house gets revived as an open-concept, dual-master retreat. Will the stunning remodel be enough to lure in buyers, or will the noisy location drive away potential profit?
Trashy to FlashyLindsey and Eric score a deal on a house listed below the market value of the neighborhood, so they make an offer sight unseen. However, the couple quickly realizes the 1990s ranch is full of structural surprises that aren't up to code, leaving them wondering if they can turn the eyesore into a profitable property.
Desert BluesLindsey and Eric purchase what appears to be a seemingly easy flip, but they quickly realize the house is not as structurally sound as they had initially thought. As their budget begins to balloon, the team makes some bold decisions in the hopes of turning their new property from bleak to chic.
Funky Floor PlanLindsey and Eric's flip project is plagued by windstorms that threaten to blow away any chance of making a profit. The duo starts out by completely overhauling the home's existing floor plan with some stunning design ideas. Lindsey hopes to create a cozy and inviting vibe by bringing in beachy design elements such as shiplap and a reclaimed wood mantle. With finishing touches that range from the revived outdoor living space to the spruced up casita taking this home over the top, getting top-dollar on this house will be anything but a breeze.
A Pool With a ViewA mountaintop home that is abandoned mid-renovation looks to be a diamond in the rough for Lindsey and Eric. With loads of original charm and stunning views, there is plenty to work with but they quickly realize why the previous owner gave up in the first place. Will adding a pool and elevating the outdoor appeal be enough to make this investment pan out?
A Hot HouseLindsey and Eric take on a 1949 semi-open concept ranch house with the intent to bring the home into the 21st century while maintaining a vintage feel with the home's original elements. However, they quickly realize that not everything can withstand the test of time and they must get creative if they have any hope of revamping this old house.
Go Bold or Go HomeLindsey and Eric go big restoring a termite-infested midcentury gem. The duo makes some bold design choices such as vibrant orange tiles, a pink front door and a cocktail grove addition in the back yard. Going against the fundamentals of flipping, the team then gets rid of a room to enhance the outdoor living space. Will their risky design choices appeal to potential buyers?
