Though Happu agrees momentarily, he worries about Amma’s reaction as Pitaji, Happu’s father, died on the same day as Rajesh’s birthday. The next morning, Happu approaches Amma for permission to celebrate Rajesh’s birthday. But, before Happu could say anything, Amma puts forth her wish to organise a prayer meeting for her husband on his death anniversary.
