We return to Norfolk to see if two brothers can finish transforming a pair of old farm cottages into one luxury home. Dion meets a developer in Northampton who has grand plans of his own, and in Kingston upon Thames, Jacqui likes the plans a new owner has for a one-bedroom flat.

The show’s own verdict is on its page.
