But Phil finds three truly stunning houses to buy instead.

7LeedsKirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer visit the Payne-Durkins, on the rural outskirts of Leeds. Karl and Paul bought their three bed home back in 2009. Meanwhile Phil scours Yorkshire and hits the jackpot with some stunning properties, but will this tip the balance when the time to decide arrives?
