24 Hours To Doom

Marine Boy and Dr. Mariner set up a trap to catch pirates who sink ships and steal the cargo. After Dr. Mariner is caught, the villains give Ocean Patrol 24 hours to surrender their base in return for Dr. Mariner's freedom.
