In the 1970s, an aspiring singer struggles to prove herself in the face of challenges posed by her strict upbringing and romantic choices.

1Episode 1Mahmoud, a young engineer, discovers that his mother, Huda, has locked up his younger sister Dalila in the rat room for singing at a wedding in the village, after their older brother, Sayed, ratted her out.
2Episode 2Salwa confesses to Dalila that she loves Sayed. Dalila sneaks from an Easter party to participate in a singing contest and her mother catches her.
3Episode 3Huda punishes Dalila. Dalila wins the singing contest. Huda forces Dalila to go to a boarding school.
4Episode 4In the boarding school, Dalila becomes friends with Layla who tries to help her attend singing classes.
5Episode 5Layla falls for Mahmoud after Dalila tells her about him. Yehia takes the case of the school's principal's brother for free in exchange for the principal letting Dalila take music classes.
6Episode 6Yehia tells Dalila that he arranged for her to meet with the famous composer Baligh Hamdi, but it's a fake meeting.
7Episode 7On her vacation, Yehia takes Dalila to Alexandria radio station to record a song. She meets Marawan at the radio station and he admires her voice.
8Episode 8Dalila confesses to Layla that she loves Yehia and they go to a beauty queen contest, where Dalila meets Marawan and his wife Mona.

24Episode 24Dalila attends a school concert for her daughter Zeina. The producer Ismail signs Dalila to sing a song in a mixtape for rising artists. Marawan interviews Dalila on his TV show and proposes to her.
25Episode 25Dalila's song becomes a smash hit and Ismail signs a contract to produce three albums to her. Shahd vows to destroy her.
26Episode 26Yehia reveals that he did not divorce Dalila and he plots with Shahd and Sayed to ruin Dalila.
27Episode 27Dalila and Marawan prepare for their marriage. Yehia forges a customary marriage contract that has Dalila's signature.
28Episode 28Marawan convinces Ismail that this is the perfect timing to release Dalila'a new album. Yehia doesn't want Dalila to marry Marawan.
29Episode 29Yehia escapes outside the country. Dalila finally marries Marawan. Marawan accompanies Dalila when she travels to attend film festivals after she finishes her movie.
30Episode 30The doctor forces Dalila not to sing as a precautionary measure, after she discovers that she had a benign tumor. She becomes deeply depressed, until Marawan tells her that the doctor allowed her to sing. She sings at a concert where everyone is enchanted by her voice.
