The Centennial: A Horror Movie LitRPG (The Game at Carousel, 4)

A group of friends will have to survive the movie―without letting its horrors spill off the screen―in the chilling fourth installment of this LitRPG series. In the horror-movie town of Carousel, Project Rewind is nearing its end. Every player who made progress solving the game’s central mystery has been erased. Except, of course, for a select few: Riley Lawrence and his friends―Kimberly (the Eye Candy) and traumatized Antoine (the Athlete), allies Dina (the Outsider) and Bobby (the Wallflower), and new members Isaac (the Comedian) and Cassie (the Psychic). With no one else left to carry the story forward, the burden of winning the game and saving their childhood friends, Anna and Camden, lies solidly on the shoulders of this stalwart group of survivors. But the world around them is shifting once again as Carousel unveils an ominous event known as the Centennial, a celebration that marks the arrival of new actors as well as a hard reset of the game. In order to learn more about Carousel’s secrets and move closer to beating it once and for all, Riley and his team must play their parts. But as they make their way through the tutorial, things aren’t adding up.
